Program Manager
This high visibility position must apply sound technical and business logic as a Project Leader. The Program Manager is responsible for establishing and meeting programs’ financial, quality and schedule targets. Accountabilities include effective communication with cross-functional teams and Management, identification and mitigation of program risks, and promoting world-class project management systems. Experience as a project manager of complex projects with demonstrated application of project management tools is an essential requirement.
Requirements include an Engineering degree or other college coursework for manufacturing technology. Additional college level coursework in business and management desirable. Eight years experience in technology-based manufacturing. Five years experience in the medical products industry. Proven success as a project manager of complex projects. PC skills including project and business office software.
Finished Goods / RMI Inventory Coordinator
2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm
You will be responsible for ensuring the movement of product through all phases of Receiving and Inventory. You will monitor and prioritize assigned packaging work orders, report delays as well as maintain product quality and inventory.
Qualified candidates should possess a High School diploma with receiving and inventory control experience. Strong PC skills a must. Excellent communication skills required. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Process Development Design Engineer
In this position, you will be responsible for developing capable processes as well as ensuring efficient and effective transfer of process and product into production. You will design tooling, equipment and processes for product introduction. You will also process incoming documentation requests and expedite documentation. Other duties will include identifying/resolving equipment requirement issues, directing personnel, assisting with corrective actions, reviewing completed products and conducting equipment validation.
Ideal candidate must possess Engineering degree or quivalent manufacturing technology degree with 5-8 years experience in medical product engineering in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical Engineer degree with college level coursework in business and management a plus. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tooling required. Experience with personal project management preferred. Strong PC skills a must. Excellent planning and organization skills needed.
Help Desk Associate—Call Center
You will be responsible for providing problem solving support for the company’s computer users. You will identify, prioritize and resolve routine hardware, software and procedural problems as a tier 1 call responder. Other duties will include installation of new hardware and software and general PC and networking support.
Ideal candidates must have a related two-year degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2-5 years experience in help desk, customer support or call center support. Excellent organization and time management skills are required. Strong communication skills needed. Ability to grasp global corporate perspective in defining priorities.
Senior Network Security Administrator
As a Senior Network Security Administrator you will be responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a global computer network. This includes the deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of active network equipment.
Accountabilities Include:
- Implementation rollout experience for security applications
- Responsible for maintaining firewall, virus, and spam appliances
- Responsible for configuring network under best practices security models
- Responsible for configuring and monitoring intrusion detection
- Responsible for ensuring service delivery within a secure environment
Qualifications:
- B.S. in computer science required; M.S. strongly preferred
Proficient in information security strategy, architecture, and risk management
- Experience in designing secure systems
- Experience in security policy, guidelines, standards and procedures development
- Proficient in vulnerability, threat analysis, and monitoring
- Ability to analyze, respond to and investigate threats
- 5 or more years experience as a network administrator

Quality Manager
You will be responsible for directing all activities of the Quality Department. You will direct the activitires of all Quality personnel as well as providing leadership, planning and training. You will lead the operation of all quality related functions. Other duties will include ensuring all product is manufactured according to established designs/procedures, providing process analysis, CAPA and leading improvement efforts.
Ideal candidate will possess a BA or BS in Engineering or equivalent education or experience with 4 years of Quality Assurance management experience and 2 years direct experience in a medical product, instrumentation or related area including experience in FDA, QSR and ISO regulatory systems and audits. Excellent leadership and management experience required. Strong communication and organization skills a must. Above average mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of engineering principals needed.
Programmable Grinder
3rd Shift
5 day work week, Sunday night—Thursday night
10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
We are currently seeking experienced High Precision grinding machinists who are team players for our 3rd shift. Responsibilities to include set up, operate, and maintain a variety of centerless and OD grinding machines along with manual equipment including:
- Glebar programmable grinders
- Royal Master programmable
- Royal Master InFeed/ThruFeed Grinders
- Punch Press
- Hydraulic Press
To qualify for the position a high school education is required and at least one year experience as a grinder. You may also qualify with machinist training and/or machine shop experience. Good mechanical skills are required for this job. Applicants must be skilled at using measuring instruments, basic math and blueprints.
Process Development
Design Engineer

You will focus on metal joining, specifically with lasers. You will also design tooling and equipment along with processes for new product introduction. Other duties will include identifying/resolving issues, processing quotation requests, directing personnel and reviewing completed products.
Ideal candidate must possess and Engineering degree or other college degree related to manufacturing technology with 5-8 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. Experience with medical products a plus. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tooling. Knowledge of Laser Processing including CO2, YAG TEA Excimer or other types of lasers.
JD Edwards
Software Engineer
You will be responsible for modifying existing JDE objects with developing suites of applications using the OneWorld/EnterpriseOne development tools including Report Design Aide (RDA), Table Design Aide (TDA), business function C-code design tools and JDE’s Object Management Workbench. You will contribute to software selection process and provide second line post implementation support ot users. You will also correct any daily operational issues. Other duties will include identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions and implementing system resolutions.
Ideal candidate must possess BS in computer science with 8-10 years experience in Information Systems supporting a manufacturing environment and at least 5 years JDE World and/or One World experience. MS strongly preferred. Knowledge of JDE Development a plus. Strong project management experience a must. Excellent communication skills needed. |
